1.RAW MATERIAL
Best nylon PA6 raw material, high density polyamide , to produce the net . The raw material will be tested to meet our premium quality standard, before putting into extruding process.
2.EXTRUDING PROCESS
Nylon chip will be extruded to be nylon monofilament fishing line . Our quality department will control the quality to ensure that the filament meets the international premium quality standard.
3.TWISTING PROCESS
In this stage ,the extruded Nylon Monofilament fishing line will be twisted into Nylon Monofilament Net. While PE Monofilament is twisted from Polyethylene Net (PE).
4.WEAVING PROCESS
The finest twine will be fed into the weaving machine with computerized system and controlled by highly-experienced staffs to ensure that tight knot, precise mesh size ,At Running Water Factory, we can weave not only nylon monofilament but also multi-monofilament and multifilament.
5.DYEING PROCESS
With our skillful and more than 30 years' experience staffs in the dyeing field, And add Japan imported resin. we can design the characteristic of the products, such as coloring, brightness, shine and softness to meet our customer requirements.
6.STRETCHING PROCESS
In this process, the nets will be set by stream and heat for smooth and standard size. There are 2 methods of stretchingwhich are
1) Depthway/Horizontal Stretching (YOKO): The nets will be stretched by the depth way, using stream and heat. And with advanced technology, our YOKO net is soft and shiny.
2) Lengthway/Vertical Stretching (TATE): The nets will be heat-set by stretching according to the length of the net.
7.PRODUCT PROCESS
The finished goods will be packed perfectly with standard plastic bag as per our premium quality standard in order to make sure that the goods will be in a good condition when delivered to our customers.
